Car break-in arrest
These two videos show a real incident at a clinic parking lot where an individual attempts to break into a parked van. Despite multiple live talk-down attempts by our OnView dispatcher instructing him to leave the property, the suspect remained on-site. Police were promptly dispatched, and as shown in the second video, the individual was ultimately arrested.
Shoplifting – Live talk-down intervention
A store employee alerted OnView’s Live Surveillance Monitoring Center about a suspected shoplifter. Our dispatcher immediately issued a live talk-down intervention. Upon hearing the message, the suspect dropped the item and quickly exited the store—preventing the theft without the need for law enforcement involvement.
Loitering – Live talk-down intervention
An individual was loitering outside a convenience store, attempting to engage with customers as they entered. OnView’s Live Surveillance Monitoring Center activated a live talk-down, instructing the individual to leave the property. The intervention helped maintain a safe and welcoming environment for store patrons.
