Camera Monitoring/Dispatch

OnView Integrated Solutions is searching for dependable candidates for both Full-time and Part-time in the South Bay to join our team as a Camera Monitor & Operator position. Our operators are expected to perform a variety of tasks in the interest of protecting life and property for our clients. Our operators monitor various private properties’ and communities such as medical facilities, schools, housing complexes, gated communities, malls, and many other types of establishments.

Our Crime Deterrent Systems designed by OnView Security Systems allow our operators to escalate response by warning off criminals verbally, from their seat at our monitoring center in Fremont, California.

This position is a morning, swing, and graveyard opportunity, additionally during the weekends and holidays (rotating), as needed.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the monitoring center equipment and watching multiple monitors at once.
• Able to multi-task. For example, answering phones while monitoring the screen.
• Analyzing any unusual occurrences and interacting with security and law enforcement officers.
• Able to calmly and effectively manage conflict, stressful and emotional situations; focusing on resolving issues and achieving a practical solution.
• Watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage.
• Able to Work Independently.
• Able to communicate effectively through writing.
• Dispatch on-demand security patrol, and notifying local authorities when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion about our sensitive proprietary and confidential information, including our clientele.

Who you are:

• Reviewing video alarm alerts, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior.
• All documentation is entered into an activity suite database and evaluated, before being delivered to our clients, at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, honor, and integrity at all times.
• Know Microsoft Office Software Suites.
• Monitor security officers locations and service call status, and perform status checks.
• Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to adapt to changing priorities; remains organized and focused under pressure; able to meet deadlines.
• Reliable and consistently arrive at work on time.
