Security Patrol Officer

OnView Integrated Solutions (OIS) is currently looking for highly motivated candidates who are ready to make a difference in the private security industry. Our revolutionary On-Demand Guard Response smart application, allows our officers to become part of a new innovative change in our industry. We need competent officers to perform remote camera surveillance of our site(s) and respond to video verified events that provide a higher level of protection for our customers. We are looking for qualified candidates to patrol our job sites throughout the East Bay and Bay Area territories.

The desired candidate will perform their duties with a high level of professional standards, respect, command presence, and possess the necessary skills to perform their duties as a uniformed security officer for our company.

All candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid guard card license, issued by B.S.I.S. – required on DOE.
  • Must be available for MORNING, SWING, GRAVE SHIFT & ON-CALL.
  • Must have a reliable source of transportation to work.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must pass our employment screening criminal history background check.
  • Must have a reliable source of communication (Smart Phone)
  • Must submit driving record via Department of Motor vehicles (DMV) on DOE

Job functions/responsibility

  • Maintain a calm and professional composure when dealing with safety issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through writing for daily reports submitted to management & clients.
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and verbally de-escalate situations.
  • Must possess an Android or Apple smartphone device to perform basic job functions.
  • Must be able to efficiently perform job duties with little to no supervision on shifts.

Compensation

Competitive Salary: $19.00 – $24.00 an hour, accompanied by a $0.50 phone data and uniform allowance to hourly wages.
