Crime Deterrent Systems Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated Crime Deterrent Systems Technician with a background in CCTV, Alarm Systems, IT Network Communications, and General Networking Experience. Our company focuses on security camera systems, voice & visual deterrent device integration, video intrusion systems, and surveillance monitoring network connection setup. We provide services throughout the Bay Area and will be expanding our operations in southern California.

Position Location: South Bay & East Bay

Position Details:

• Service & Installation of Crime Deterrent Systems
• Troubleshoot & Resolve System Issues and Data Entry Problems
• Perform Security Systems Preventative Maintenance
• Programming Initial Network Setup over the Internet
• Inventory Parts & Materials needed for each Project
• Work on projects under low supervision
• Remote Work is not an available option for this position

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Service or Installation of Security Camera Systems
• Service or Installation of Network Router & Switches
• Service & Installation of Alarm Systems
• Service & Installation of Access Control Systems
• Familiar with Hand Tools, Power Drills, Power Tools, Etc.
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Technical Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to read basic floor plans, product layout, and scope of work details

Salary & Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
